At Via Bebés, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can request a return and refund.
Return Conditions
You may return any product purchased from Via Bebés within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
1.1. Returns for Damaged Products or Incorrect Description
If the product you received is damaged, has an issue, or does not match the photos, videos, or descriptions provided on our website, you can return it at no cost. The product must:
- Not have been used
- Be in its original condition
- Retain its original packaging and labels
It is mandatory to report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the report is made after this period, the return will not be accepted as the damage may have occurred during use.
1.2. Returns for Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind or did not carefully read the product description, you may do so within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must:
- Not have been used
- Be in its original condition
- Retain its original packaging and labels
In this case, the customer is responsible for initial shipping costs (if the shipping was free) and return shipping costs. The total return shipping fee is 49$.
1.3. Discounted Products
Products on sale do not qualify for returns if the reason is a change of mind. Returns for discounted items will only be accepted if they arrive damaged or do not match the description provided on the website.
Return Process

2. Package the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected for transport.
3. Follow the instructions we provide for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
If the return is due to an error on our part, Via Bebés will cover all shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both initial and return shipping costs (49 Euros).
Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets all return conditions, we will proceed with the refund to the same payment method used during the purchase, deducting any applicable shipping and return fees. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method, but it is typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
